I have been through this process many times. Never have I had an agent with the professional acumen this Lady has. She is not only knowledgeable, but possesses the talent to anticipate and address ANYTHING that may come up. She is dedicated and helpful beyond belief. There is no way I could ever convey the way Cathy and I feel about her except to say FANTASTICAL! Should you have the opportunity to deal with her on ANY LEVEL, whether as a listing agent or a buyer’s agent, you will be pleased to the MAX. I just wish she could have handled our sale in Florida! It was a true delight to work with Joan. She is the consummate professional. We put our Chattanooga house on the market after we had moved to Santa Fe New Mexico. Joan worked her magic and took care of everything for us. She held several open houses, brunch for the realtors, and was constantly investigating the market to try to determine our best strategy. In addition, since we were absent homeowners, Joan watched over our property as if it were her own. Anything that needed to be taken care of she advised me and made suggestions as to the best course of action. I would highly recommend Joan. Her friendliness and ease in dealing with both sellers and buyers are tremendous assets. She is knowledgeable, energetic and adroitly stays on top of everything. She goes the extra mile to provide customized service. I have never had a better real estate experience.

Joan handled everything perfectly from the very beginning. She had the house listed quickly, had six showings the first day along with three offers, two of which were full price. She handled every part I the sale like a true professional! Could not be happier with her service!

Being customers who have had experience in dealing with other realtors throughout our 32 years of marriage (buying/selling), we can confidently say that Joan Rose is THE BEST realtor we have EVER had the pleasure of doing business with when selling or buying a home. She will respond to your questions/suggestions immediately. Even though you KNOW she has other clients, Joan has a way of making you feel like YOU are her most important client. In addition, she is a “people person” and will make you feel comfortable in any topic of conversation. We used Joan for both the selling of our old home and the purchasing of our new home. Joan was a delight to work with and made the house selling process easy. She armed us with information and tips prior to listing to prepare us for everything from making sure we had the house in show-ready condition to setting the asking price correctly. We were amazed that we had our first showing request within minutes of listing! And pricing it correctly to begin with meant no price reductions. We had the house sold within a few weeks and it’s all because of Joan’s knowledge and dedication!

Excellent experience. She worked hard to find what we wanted. Only negative is that Joan cannot fix the Chattanooga weather.

We recently worked with Joan on the sale of our house. We had relocated and everything was done remotely. From beginning to end, Joan’s professionalism and dedication made the process incredibly easy. Our listing was amazing. Joan had professional photographs taken and the online presentation couldn’t have been better. After looking at tons of listings ourselves, we really noticed how our house stood out. Joan took extra steps and provided service that we aren’t used to seeing when working with realtors. We were asked to replace a faucet by our buyers. After living in South Florida for over 50 years we decided it was time for a change. Doing some online research we decided Chattanooga might be a good place for us to move to. We had never been to Tennessee before and planned a vacation visiting several cities in the State. We planned on 3 days in Chattanooga spending most of our time looking at the housing market and the various neighborhoods of the Chattanooga area. Joan was referred to us by a friend of mine that lived in the area. He put her in touch with us and she rearranged her schedule to accommodate us and spend two full days with us. She picked us up at our hotel and handed us a notebook custom made for us showing the homes she was going to show us and various other information. She not only drove us to the homes, she drove us around the neighborhoods, showed us points of interest and answered all of our questions. After spending the entire day with us she understood more of what we were looking for. On day 2 she fine tuned our search and found the perfect home for us. We made an offer on a home and had a contract the next day. A month later we closed and now here we are in Chattanooga! While we were back in Florida preparing for the closing and move Joan took care of things for us helping us every step of the way. We came back to TN for the closing and then headed back to Florida for a month to prepare and pack for the move. After the house was closed Joan continued to support us helping us along with issues relating to the house. Some agents may make their commissions and run, but not Joan. She was like having a family member taking care of things in TN while we were still in Florida. Any time we contacted Joan with an issue she would respond with, ‘What can I do to help?’ Joan has become more than a real estate agent to us. She has become a close friend. We can honestly say we probably would not have moved to Chattanooga if not for her. Truly exceptional. There are only 5 stars in the ratings but Joan is a perfect 10!

We first came to Joan as buyers from the West Coast. We met Joan almost a year ago when we first started looking for a new home in the Chattanooga area. She was very patient with us as we were new to the area and knew nothing about it. Joan showed us many houses, that we wanted to look at, and educated us about the various communities of Chattanooga; as a result we got a good feel of this new area. At the time, we were only tire kickers, as our home out west was not even on the market yet. But Joan treated us as if we were legitimate buyers all the while, and stayed with us for almost a year. This was a tough deal for her and us, this long-distance relationship. What made matters even more challenging, was the nature of this “hot” Chattanooga market, and how fast we had to deal when we found something we liked; because if we didn’t move quickly, it would be gone. Working with buyers must be difficult enough without adding in all this extra stuff, but Joan persevered with a fantastic loving, and fun attitude. The most important thing to us, even more than her finding us a new home, she is our first good friend in Tennessee. We Love you Joan. Thank you for all that you did for us!!
